Role

We are seeking a Manager responsible for all portfolio activities.

This includes:

• Interior and exterior renovations

• Coordination of the administrative office responsible for tenant management and timely delivery of housing according to established standards.

Ideally, the candidate comes with a partner to fill the administrative and renovation management position, or is a highly motivated individual capable of handling both.

Partner/Franchisee Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee projects to ensure timely renovations and leasing within budget.
• Plan and allocate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and inform Devcore of all situations.
• Hire and train a quality team (staff and subcontractors).
• Negotiate prices with suppliers.
• Negotiate maintenance contracts.
• Address tenant concerns and provide exemplary customer service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the process.
• Implement logistics for visits, leasing, and rent collection.
• Reconcile supplier accounts each month.
• Inspect units semi-annually.
• Prepare files for difficult tenants with the paralegal.
• Any other related tasks required to achieve portfolio property management goals.
