Job Duties:

• Repair a variety of light duties such as basic lighting, plumbing, painting, maintenance, ventilation, etc.
• Ensure complete cleaning of the work site, inside and out.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;

• Bilingualism in French and English;
• Valid provincial driver’s license (no learner’s permit) and driving record in good standing;
• A minimum of three years related work experience;
• A strong back, this position requires carrying and lifting tools and parts weighing up to 50 pounds;
• Experience in residential/commercial construction, renovations or repairs preferred;
• Knowledge of various tools and equipment required to perform the duties of this position;
• Demonstrated excellent general maintenance skills;
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a positive manner and adopt a flexible work style;
• Self-starter, able to work independently and with some supervision;
• Punctual, reliable, with an excellent work ethic is paramount.
