The successful candidate will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the building\u2019s common areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>MAIN RESPONSABILITIES<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vacuum and wash floors in hallways, entrances, stairwells, and storage areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean interior and exterior doors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dust all common areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean the glass on entrance doors, hallway doors, and windows located in stairwells.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disinfect stair railings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean the inside of storage units when they become vacant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the elevator, washrooms, gym, terrace, and barbecue area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep exits, steps, and sidewalks clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear snow from exterior stairs and sidewalks during the winter season.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any issues, irregularities, or repair needs observed in the building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>REQUIRED PROFILE<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable and able to work independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good physical condition to perform cleaning and snow removal duties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in housekeeping or building maintenance is an asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong><em>WHAT WE OFFER<\/em><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flexible schedule of a few hours per week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pleasant and respectful work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Are you detail-oriented, resourceful, and take pride in maintaining clean and well-kept spaces?
