We are seeking a bilingual (English-dominant and French-functional) Leasing Agent for a residential project in Barrhaven, Ontario. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be customer-oriented, meticulous, and adaptable. They must be familiar with rental laws and digital tools to ensure efficient and professional service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The rental agent will be based in a dedicated trailer on the construction site and will be responsible for renting the project’s 108 new units, using a microsite, a model unit and the various plans available.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages regarding rental listings in the area and follow up as needed.
• Post rental listings on the usual platforms.
• Organize viewings and finalize rental processes.
• Ability to understand, read, and present unit floor plans.
• Perform any other related tasks.

REQUIRED PROFILE

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, customer-service-oriented individual with a strong sense of priorities.

• Experience or training in real estate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to take calls at any time.
