Submitting a donation or sponsorship request
Through our donations and sponsorships, we seek to support initiatives that align with our mission and offer significant benefits both to the organization and the communities we serve.
To be eligible, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Be submitted by a private company or a non-profit organization (NPO or NGO).
- Present a social, environmental, community, cultural, or educational initiative.
- To allow sufficient time to analyze the file and plan potential activation activities, requests must be received at least sixty (60) days before the event or the start of the project.
Exclusions
- Personal projects or projects involving only one individual
- Travel and excursions
- Projects related to a political party or candidate belonging to a political party, a religious group, or a pressure group
- Activities promoting pornography, alcohol consumption, or gambling (casinos, etc.)
All requests must be completed online using the designated form or submitted by email at donsetcommandites@devcore.ca or by mail to 500 Gréber Boulevard, Suite 302, Gatineau, Quebec, J8T 7W3.
If you choose not to use the form, please note that to be considered, your request must include the following elements:
- A brief description of the initiative;
- Date of the initiative;
- Target audience and estimated reach;
- Location of your event, activity, or project;
- Detailed visibility plan;
- Amount requested from Devcore Group and intended use of the funds;
- Contact person for further correspondence.
