Join Our Team! Devcore Group is a fast-growing Quebec-based company specializing in real estate development, construction, and property management across Quebec and Ontario. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive individual to coordinate our leasing and real estate marketing activities. In this role, you will play an important part in promoting our properties, managing leasing inquiries, and helping us achieve our occupancy goals.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, DuProprio, and other real estate rental platforms.
• Ensure property listings are kept up to date and maximize the visibility of available units.
• Receive inquiries from prospective tenants and distribute them efficiently among leasing agents.
• Coordinate the activities of the leasing team and follow up on prospects, property showings, and leasing files.
• Organize team meetings and monitor leasing objectives and performance results.
• Develop strategies to accelerate the leasing of vacant units and improve occupancy rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective marketing and promotion of our properties.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to leasing and marketing processes.
• Develop relationships with local partners to support the leasing of our rental units.

Qualifications

• Education in administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in coordination, digital marketing, or residential leasing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, team coordination, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a significant asset.
