Groupe Devcore is looking for an Architectural Technologist, Project Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will play an active role in the planning, analysis, design, and execution of real estate projects. They will work closely with the development, construction, and property management teams, as well as with external professionals and various municipal authorities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and review plans, technical drawings, site plans, and architectural details;
• Analyze the development or redevelopment potential of land and buildings;
• Conduct zoning, regulatory, and project feasibility reviews;
• Prepare and follow up on permit applications, variances, and other municipal approvals;
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, urban planners, land surveyors, and other professionals;
• Review plans, studies, and technical documents prepared by consultants;
• Assist with calls for tender, bid analysis, and supplier follow-up;
• Coordinate processes related to utilities and infrastructure;
• Provide technical and administrative follow-up throughout projects, including schedules and deliverables.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a rigorous, autonomous, and well-organized individual with an excellent understanding of plans and real estate development processes.

The ideal candidate has a background in architectural technology or a related field, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
