Le Central is looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work to join our team as a part-time Concierge. The successful candidate will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the building’s common areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Vacuum and wash floors in hallways, entrances, stairwells, and storage areas.
• Clean interior and exterior doors.
• Dust all common areas.
• Clean the glass on entrance doors, hallway doors, and windows located in stairwells.
• Disinfect stair railings.
• Clean the inside of storage units when they become vacant.
• Maintain the elevator, washrooms, gym, terrace, and barbecue area.
• Keep exits, steps, and sidewalks clean.
• Clear snow from exterior stairs and sidewalks during the winter season.
• Report any issues, irregularities, or repair needs observed in the building.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Good physical condition to perform cleaning and snow removal duties.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or building maintenance is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
