Technological housing
The CENTRAL will feature an entry console that will allow access to the building via facial recognition and video calling to see who’s at the door and chat with visitors before letting them in.
The 1Valet application will provide digital access to rental units and the building. It will also make it easy to reserve building amenities, receive notifications when tenants receive a package, and receive messages or documents from the Devcore Group management team.
