Built by Transport Canada in 1979 as a federal government training facility and transferred to NAV CANADA in 1996, the DEV Centre is one of the largest accommodation and service facilities in Eastern Canada under one roof. Over 630,000 square feet of space is available. Over the years, the NAV Centre has supported government emergencies and large-scale evacuations.

The Devcore Group acquired the property in June 2022 and the complex continues to operate with the same focus and more.

The DEV Centre is well located. It is close to Ottawa and Montreal, along Highway 401 to Toronto, and near the U.S. border crossing.
